Big Night

Mexican, Cake & Football ~ That's right a big night out on the town!

Thursday night we went to El Senor for my great Nana's birthday, it was fun! We saw lots of people like Mimi, Uncle Kipp, the girls and Steven. I was passed around 'cause I'm cute! I didn't get any cake though because I fell asleep, oops!

Afterwards Daddy had to fix a computer so we went to Gigi & Hootie's to watch the NCSU game. Mommy even left the restaurant early to see kickoff, but she not happy about the game. I sat with Uncle Jare because she was yelling at the t.v.


If I had been in my wolfware they might have had a chance, but Daddy said I look like a sausage in it so they wouldn't put it on me, I mean come on guys I can't go buy clothes myself. Next time I will be prepared though, Mommy says they are going to need all the help they can get this year.

4 Months Old!

Happy 4 month birthday to me! The day didn't start out so great though I was up all night last night after mommy bragged about my good sleeping, must be getting ready to cut some teefers - OUCH! Then we just hung out at the house until we went to the House of Pain AKA the doctor. I am sooo not fooled anymore! I had to get a total of 5 shots with one being a three in one that really hurt. I cried big ole' tears and was not happy until I was back with my mommy.

Good news though, I am now big enough to start eating cereal then we can move on to something called "yellow vegetables", we will see how that goes but I did LOVE the cereal ...yummy!

After the House of Pain we went to dinner with Uncle Brandon & Aunt Jamie because Uncle Brandon got a new job at the SECU branch instead of the call center which everyone said is awesome because he will have normal people hours so he can hang out with me and of course my new cousin. After dinner we went to TARGET (I think this may be one of Mommy's favorite stores since we are there a lot!). We got new spoons and some bowls and some other things not for me so I was B-O-R-E-D! We finally got home and I got to eat - yippee!

Here are my 4 month stats
13 pounds, 10 ounces and 24 inches!!
I am still in the 25th percentile however my head is in the 50th! (thanks daddy) but the doctor said I am looking good and very strong and talkative! Of course she wasn't the one giving me the painful shots :-)

Here's a picture of me eating cereal for the first time. I have to be on it for at least one week and can't eat that much yet but it sure is a nice change.

Angel Boy

At least that's what my mommy told daddy when he came home. I was PERFECT! :-) Recap of my weekend...sleep like a baby (hehe) on Friday until 6 am on Saturday morning to be exact and then went back to sleep until 8! That's right folks! Then we went to Wilson to visit my mema and great grandma and they took me shopping but I was great anyways! Then me and mommy hung out with Max Saturday night and then Sunday we cleaned up our party and Uncle Jare and Gigi came to visit.

What a great weekend but next time Daddy is taking us with him to see Uncle Day Day and his friends!

I love to ham it up for the camera and my new favorite thing is "talking" I just wish someone could understand me :-)

I have had lots of first lately like almost rolling over, if my chunky thighs would cooperate and also we found out I am having a boy cousin to play with in December!! I am super excited and ready to play but mommy says I'll have to wait until he gets bigger like me!

Also my swing is still my parents best friend and I love to fall asleep in it. I turn four months old next Monday...watch out world I am growing up fast.

Daddy is going away this weekend to visit Uncle Dave for a boys weekend but Mommy says we'll still have fun and may go visit some people and even go swimming - I'll let you know if we actually make it anywhere since my new trick is screaming in the car (hehe) I sooo got 'em where I want 'em.

Check out my new piece of equipment, it's a baby carrier and I love it! I am not too keen on facing inward so Mommy has to put me looking out so I can see everything, although I am still not quite big enough to do it, but so far it's pretty awesome!
