Walkin' in a Winter Wonderland

So the meteorologists were right. We had snow and sleet all. day. long on Saturday!

the first day I was not a big fan AT ALL of the nasty mess.

It was really coming down HARD and all in my face!

so we came in and snuggled up for a fun day of playing, watching movies and eating!

so today we ventured out first with a walk around the 'hood. Some boys even had 4-wheelers!

I sooo need one of those {cough, cough}

But since I didn't I got my trusty Cozy Coupe out and just hoped it had 4 wheel drive, which it didn't so I stuck to just walking around and getting pushed by Daddy. Overall not too shabby for a Southern Ice/Snow storm.

sNOw 2010

Holy sNOw, Batman. North Carolina has a STORM WATCH out until Sunday. This really means there will be no milk, bread or snow boots this side of the country. SO HILARIOUS.

The 'rents are going to stock up on booze drinks for the family, ya know just in case. So Mr. Weatherman, you best be a little right. I had a whole weekend trip planned to go see Mema & Gramps in Wilson and this little "snow" prediction made us cancel.

This evening we will be going to Target with all the crazies to buy the essentials and perhaps some rain boots since that's what I am going to use them for mostly...

Dear Spring...

I called to let you know that we LOVE this weather. I even wore my first short sleeved Polo of the season and was super happy...

however, the 'rents call this weather a tease and soon I'll be in coat with mittens and that is so not cool. So until you decide to stay here for awhile.

Most of you know I am the "strong, silent type" but lately I have been adding lots of new syllables and words to my repertoire. So on Friday morning on the way to school I decided to copy Mama and say.....JESS-I-CA (she's my teacher)!! Yep, that's right. I went from one syllable nonsense to three. Apparently you all weren't at a high enough level for me to try :)

So...let's add up my words

Bubba
something that sounds like Dada but means Doggie
Jessica
Again
and trying Jare-Jare

We are definitely getting there. One word at a time.

So remember to lock up your daughters...I'm a strong silent talkative one!

iPhone LOVE

So it's no surprise to ANYONE that meets me that I love two things so very much. One happens to be the iPhone, specifically Mommy's since Daddy rarely lets me play with his. Something about greasy little hands and changing settings {who me?!}.

Anyhoo, since my Mommy thinks I rock I got to add my very own application. Yes it was free!

It is a DISNEY one that lets you add pictures to any of your Disney pals. I choose Mickey {duh} and I was so dang excited!

Happy Monday!

What a great relaxing weekend we had! I got to stay in my jammies until lunch time BOTH DAYS! No construction was done and we all just hung out and played. It was GREAT!

Sorry for the lack of posts, but with Mommy sick {she has my crud} and both the 'rents having crazy busy work stuff going on {I can't type by myself, duh!}, the post are going to be few and far between, but I will try to do my "bestest" to give you all updates about ME!

Being sick is just the pits. After TWO doctor trips and two loooooonnnngggg weeks of being miserable (mostly at night) I will hopefully be feeling better soon! I now have awesome antibiotics to make my sinus infection go away although someone needs to come up with some better kids meds, I end up getting a side affect that ends up in a massive rash! No fun!

Although, I do like to get my snuggle on when I don't feel good!
