T Minus 2 Months to...CAKE!

This is actually picture 10,000 of the day, for real! Not too happy!

I am now exactly two months away from getting some cake! That's important =) Big people (aka parents) are so not so nice trying to horde all that yummy goodness for one whole year.  I was talking to my friends and they say that cake stuff is wicked awesome and makes you wanna bounce and bounce and bounce!

SIGN ME THE HECK UP!

 I love to bounce and I am pretty sure I love cake too!~  Mama is already starting to plan the shin dig but with packing the house up not sure where we are having it yet. 

So anyhoo, back to ME. I am 10 months old TODAY! "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAREST ME, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME".  To celebrate I decided to keep Mommy up all night long, or so she says. I was really just sooo excited about learning to stand up in my crib that I couldn't stay asleep for long. 2am is party time anyways ;-)  I had to take naps in my pack n' play today until Daddy comes home and lowers the crib - aka - ruin all my fun. PARTY POOPER! 

Mom-a-ratzi put me in my chair again to document my turning another month older but I gave her a run for her money. I think she only got one good picture of me and the frog this time.

 

Well as you have seen, I am one mobile guy and can climb all 820 (17) stairs up to the top floor in 2.8 seconds (plus about a minute, but whose counting? Not me!) Also can open all the drawers within my reach, can stand up in my crib (duh!). I still LOVE to eat and get really grumpy if it's late.  I am a big fan of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse & Handy Manny and will watch it sometimes while playing. I DO NOT sit still for long but will stop for a second to drink some milk. I can hold my own bottle, but dig those sippy cups too. I am around 20 pounds and just waiting to turn one so I can ride in the big boy car seat. Well that's sums me up for now. 

Hope everyone enjoys my 10 month birthday, I know I did. I had a lunch date with Auntie Kristin, it was fantabulous and she is very pretty, double goodness!!

I blame it on my mama =) that chick had me in every part of the county and even in the next! The car seat was not my friend today. I mean jeeezzz.

That's how my day was and I did roll with it for awhile, but really not.fun.at.all. Supposedly we had an appraisal and another showing since someone wanted to see it even though our house is already under contract. cool beans, I guess.

No pics today, you see we weren't home to take any. Will try to update tomorrow after my lunch date with Miss Kristin. She lubs me - a lot ;-)

Holy moly you are two months old already. Time goes by fast when you are having fun, huh?

I sure do love hanging out with you and playing even though ALL I hear is "gentle, easy" like I am rough or something. ;-) No bruises yet!

You were 10 lbs., 10 oz. at your last appointment and right on track! Good job - way to gRoW =)

I can't wait until summer when we can go swimming together and hang out some more since you'll be bigger then.

Be Mine

Wow, that was one busy weekend! Saturday was Valentimes Day! My first and it was pretty snazzy although I didn't get ANY candy :( We'll have to work on that one. We went to have breakfast with Gigi, Hootie & Uncle Jare and they gave me a Bojangle's biscuit - it must be LOVE! Sunday was house looking (keep reading!), lunch with the Hafner's, and then Mema and Gramps came over with Conner! All in all a packed super weekend.

Oh and guess what...we are MOVING! The house was put under contract Sunday so we are just waiting on the paperwork, inspection and finding somewhere to move. Mama's stressing a little, not sure why - less than 30 days is plenty of time to find a new place, pack the house and move with baby on the move :-) Yep that's right...I am one mobile dude. I can get anywhere in 2.4 seconds flat! Especially the stairs and outlets. Good thing we are moving from the house of stairs! Just in the nick of time, 4 baby gates would be a bit expensive ;-)

Oh I almost forgot...check out my new kicks! At least they are cool looking (thanks daddy!) but never fear I will figure out how to get them off (hehe!). I wonder if they gave me shoes to keep me from throwing my socks - everywhere :)

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

Yes, warm weather!!!

Happy Monday everybody! This weekend I had a blast! Friday night Uncle Jare spent the night and played with me and the Wii. :-) Then on Saturday I got to see Jessie and Baby Hafner who will make his/her debut in July (another playmate - keep 'em coming girls *hint hint*)

Sunday we headed to Wilson and went to the park. I got to play on the slides, swings and a horsey and I even got to see geese & ducks. WHOA baby that was a bunch of quacking animals :-) So you know my Mommy took A LOT of pictures (shock I know) but here is some of my weekend in pictures.

Rub a dub dub

Wanna know my new favorite thing? Well I have always been a water baby.

 Loved the water - tub, lake whatever (well except the ocean, but that's another story!)

So guess what happened the other night...Daddy put me in their big tub no baby tub required! It was WICKED AWESOME!! So of course Mommy put me in the big tub again today (had nothing to do with the teething biscuit ALL over me) and I so went swimming!

 I know, it's 30 degrees outside, but inside the tub ~ it's a toasty temperature that does not exceed the temperature duck so no worries!

One of the ways to get me out without screaming (hehe) is to drain the water and let me keep playing! Yep that's right I watch the water go down and still play in the big inside pool. I wish I had a tub like that in my bathroom, but next house for sure - right Daddy? ;-)

Day in the Life

I know you are all wondering what it is I do all day long, so here it goes 

A Day in the Life of Me

7:30-8 a.m. WAKE UP 

8-8:15 Breakfast - FEED ME and I'm your happiest boy around

8:30-9:15 Playtime with Mommy 

we play on the floor and I try to rip all the magazines apart

9:15 a.m. - Morning Nap

10:45 a.m. - Up again :-) time for me to get dressed, and it's playtime again. 

When it's warm we go on walks or to the park but these days it's inside play or go to see people.

12 ON THE DOT - Lunch :-)

After lunch we either watch the Baby Einstein DVD or do blocks/rings

2ish- Afternoon Nap

3ish - I am up until bedtime now, time to start cleaning up my mess with Mommy

I usually jump in my Jumperoo during this time and try to "help" 

5:00 p.m.  Dinner Time

I eat while Mama cooks dinner for her and Daddy 

I sit in my seat and eat small stuff or drink juice/water while they eat dinner

5:30-6 Playtime with Daddy and bath time

6:30 p.m.  Night Night - kisses, music and my lovie

There you have it, now you know what I do all day -

eat, sleep, play and get changed :-) Don't you all wish you could be a baby?! It's the life!!
