Wow, can you believe they let me walk out with these two people?? They call them my parents but to tell you the truth, I am not sure about it.

They strapped me in the contraption and it was all just too much, I was exhausted! Well I am off to a place called home...please come visit

Extended Stay...

Today we should both be going home, instead as we were getting ready to get discharged, a nurse walks in and informs us that Holden needs to be admitted to the pediatric unit due to a possible infection!! Great, so finally his bilirubin (jaundice) level goes down and his blood sugar is still a little wonky (more heel pricks) and now an i.v. for his tiny tiny arm.

THANK GOODNESS it is Jason that is going up with him, not sure if I can handle it.

Big boo...will update you on how that goes later, until then I'm stuck and our stuff is already loaded in the car and I can't go upstairs until "Mr. On Call Doctor" gives me the ok and he's in an emergency surgery.

WAITING SUCKS....

Well let me tell you, being on the outside sure is bright. I mean every time I even try to open my eyes that lady is hovering with a flashy thing that makes me mad! I think she has others in on it because these ladies that she says are my grandma's keep doing it too, must mean I am one cute baby!

Holden is doing well but we are still working on his blood sugar levels, he is still being supplemented with formula but hopefully he will gain enough weight to maintain his levels soon. As of now we are still leaving on Sunday and can't wait to bring our handsome little one home!

Hello World!

Well that was quite a trip. I have finally evicted myself from the warm and cozy belly I have been living in for awhile and decided to give everyone something to do for a Thursday afternoon/night and I heard they even had a party in the lobby!


My name is Holden Davis Crocker and I weighed a whoppin' 6 pounds and 2 ounces and was 20 inches! I heard someone say if I was any bigger I wouldn't have been able to come out that fun way so I guess it's a good thing I decided to surprise mommy & daddy.

I am looking forward to meeting everyone!
