Fiesta

On Saturday the 24th we had a small Fiesta for my birthday! Since Mommy had a battle with the stairs earlier that week and we had so much going on, we made it a small affair.

Gigi, Grumps, Uncle Jare, Mema, Gramps, Aunt Jamie, Uncle B & Conner and of course Mommy & Daddy were there.

then it was present time {even though I didn't really need anything!}

I got a NC STATE basketball, some bubbles and bubble bath, some shirts along with some savings bonds and cash money! whoop! Thank you everyone! I love it ALL!!!

It was a great 2nd Birthday!! I go to the house of pain today {BOO!!!!} and I know that lady is going to give me shots {DOUBLE BOO}. I am in my new class at school and so far I like it, except the whole drop off without Ms. Jessica being there. not. good. people! Hopefully I will get the hang of the new big boy classroom soon! I am already starting to learn A LOT!

Happy Birthday to our sweet, loving, handsome, happy, slightly stubborn, AMAZING baby boy! We can't believe how much you have grown this past year. Life with you is always an adventure!

To all of Holden's blog friends & family - Thank you for all the LOVE you give H. He can't wait to fill you in on all the new adventures {like life with no papi, putting words together, and potty training!} :-)

Park, Play Date & Snacks!

This is my buddy Riley! He is AWESOME! We used to be neighbors until both of our 'rents realized three stories and lots of brick were not good for crazy boys ;-) We met at an awesome park near our house a few Friday's ago and had fun running and sliding and playing in the SAND! Then it was snack time! What you can't tell is he has my snack and I totally have is.

Riley is also FAMOUS! He and his parents were on House Hunters this past Sunday and Riley was showing off his new house and playroom!

Thanks again Riley and Ms. Farrah for coming to meet us! Let's do it again SOON!

BIG

I am such a BIG boy now! I eat all by myself with a spoon and try not to get anything on me...{snicker}. I do like to do all things like a BIG boy such as getting things out of the fridge and/or pantry and getting into my chair in the mornings are some of the BIG things I do.

I also started to give up my baby papi {paci, duh}. It has been a long time love of mine but since I'm turning TWO in two weeks, it's time. I went without it at nap time yesterday and went to bed last night with just my monkey and I did EXCELLENT! See...I am a BIG boy!

I am also going through another growth spurt, shew! Talk about having to pack some snacks. I eat at least 2 or 3 times..in the morning! hehe...time for another trip to Trader Joe's mama!

I also am moving UP to the BIG two year old classroom at school next week! I can't wait to play with the H's again! I may have even seen the 'rents do a happy dance...apparently the rate goes down a weeeeee bit since I am getting soooo BIG :)

I am putting words together like "want more", "that's Mama/Daddy.."

I am still in speech and my therapist are sooo nice!

and I am going to be a big cousin again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
